Refund policy

14 Days Return Policy on all items. Must be returned unopened and not used unless we make an exception such as a problem with an item. Contact us first before shipping your return back, most items can be returned without a restocking fee but certain used item may require a fee. 

We want to make sure you are happy with your item so if something's not right, give us the chance to fix it.

If you have simply changed your mind, you can return any item unless it has been personalized. Please contact dave@boundbydave.com for any return questions.

5-Year Warranty on all items. Doesn't not include wear or overuse. 

Some final sale items may be not be included in our return policy unless something arrives damaged or wrong. 

We live by the "make it right" policy so we will do what we can to make sure everyone is happy and right.
